Creates outlines, bibles, franchise roadmaps, and look books from the ground up and continues leading comprehensive creative feedback through production and post- Oversees legal and production on logistical details, deal-making, finance plans, and overall strategy- Advocates and ensures diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the forefront of company decisions from the content itself to the talent pieces attached to the crew hired. Ensures diverse candidate applications for all open positions in staff hiring, internships, open writing assignments (OWAs), and open directing assignments (ODAs)- Fully trains and teaches all incoming interns and junior staff script analysis, the development process, packaging and production while providing continued mentorship as they move to other opportunities within the industry.
