As the Director of Operations and Host at The Paycast Network, I spend my days at the intersection of finance and technology. But my real obsession is how we, as leaders, stay grounded while the industry moves at 100mph. I’m a firm believer in the Stoic principle that we don’t control the market, but we do control our response to it. Whether I’m interviewing a fintech founder or navigating the logistics of a growing network, I lean on mindfulness and deep work to stay effective. When I’m not behind the mic or in the operations weeds- You’ll find me outdoors—hiking, boating, or exploring the St. Pete coast- Reading history or diving deeper into philosophy- Training with my Boxer, Waka (the unofficial mascot of Paycast)- Cheering for the Jacksonville Jaguars (it’s a test of Stoic patience, truly).I’m here to connect with leaders who believe that business should be as thoughtful as it is profitable.
