I am a dedicated and detail-oriented culinary and nutritional professional with extensive experience in the food service industry, healthcare nutrition, and fine dining environments. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences – Nutrition at Fresno State, while continuing to build a strong connection in a clinical and community-based nutritional service.My professional background includes serving as a Food Service Technician II at the CalVet Veterans Home in Fresno, where I prepare and serve therapeutic meals in collaboration with dietitians and nursing teams while maintaining strict HACCP, infection-control, and state health regulations.
