   Serving as the corrugated technical leader for the containerboard sales team, advising internal stakeholders and external customers on process optimization, operational strategy, and issue resolution across corrugated and converting operations. Providing expert guidance to overcome manufacturing challenges, enhance performance, and align technical solutions with commercial objectives- Diagnose and recommend specific solutions for machine and raw material issues across internal and external box plants, sheet feeders, sheet plants, coating operations, and digital print facilities- Collaborate with the containerboard sales team to support new and existing customers, helping them overcome operational challenges and achieve commercial goals- Deliver expert consultation in process control, root cause analysis, manufacturing best practices, safe operating protocols, and data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on production opportunities- Partner with cross-functional teams across the Corrugated and Containerboard Divisions to include our IT group, Quality, R&D, Manufacturing Advancement resources, Reliability teams, Process Engineering Capabilities and Controller organization to troubleshoot performance gaps and implement fast, effective, and sustainable solutions- Lead training and mentorship initiatives for stakeholders and customers, emphasizing the strategic value of unified collaboration across the extended paper industry supply chain.
