Conducts open court Sessions.Prepares pleadings and monitors court files for court sessions and/or the Judge\'s rulings.Assists judicial officers and staff during court proceedings, including: calling cases; monitoring the audio recording equipment; creating and maintaining log notes; accepting, marking and maintainingevidence.Coordinates meals, transportation of, and secure areas for jurors during jury trials.Updates cases within the case management system, and completing work in the assigned queues.Answers court telephones and responds to questions from court representatives and the general public.Assists with the effective management of the court calendar through confirmation of hearings with attorneys.Assists with other duties and responsibilities as needed.
