Culture Strategist | Speaker | Founder of The I Love Me Method™ ~ Where Self-Love Meets Social Change ~ I help high-achieving women of colour, recovering perfectionists, and organizations reimagine leadership — starting with self-trust. As a culture strategist, speaker, and coach, my work lives at the intersection of leadership, belonging, and self-love as a leadership practice. Through my TRUST Framework™ and I Love Me Method™, I guide women and teams to move beyond perfectionism, burnout, and survival-based ways of working — and into leadership rooted in clarity, humanity, and self-trust. My work blends 20+ years of corporate leadership and communications experience with trauma-informed coaching, nervous-system awareness, and equity-driven culture strategy. Because the truth is: Many high-achieving women — especially women of colour — were taught to succeed by abandoning themselves. My work helps them reclaim their voice, boundaries, and inner authority so they can lead their lives and leadership in alignment, not exhaustion.
