ABOUT CHARVI REDDY BAYYAPU

I lead because I care; about people, about potential, and about building something bigger than myself. To me, leadership isn’t about status, it’s about empathy, responsibility, and helping others see what’s possible for them.Whether it’s speaking on stage, mentoring peers, or leading community campaigns, I’ve found my purpose in creating space for people to grow, find their voice, and feel seen. I’ve led sustainability drives, public speaking clubs, and school-wide social impact initiatives, not for recognition, but because empowering others genuinely makes me happiest.As an Economics & Finance student at the University of Manchester, I’m curious to keep exploring how strategic thinking, sustainable development, and global systems intersect and how they can be used to solve real-world economic challenges. I’m also a certified learner (17+ courses), intern, case study author, and a passionate public speaker who thrives on connecting ideas with impact.I’m still learning, and I always will be. Setbacks have taught me more than success ever could. Each challenge has helped me build patience, perspective, and the ability to grow through what I go through. I care deeply about learning with purpose, leading with empathy, and encouraging others to recognize their own potential, just as I continue to discover mine.
