I head the Data Science & AI team at Octus. With a specialized focus in NLP, ML, and Generative AI, our team is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI-powered products and solutions.My academic background lies in mathematics and data science. I have been working in the field of AI/FinTech for 8+ years now. I started at DE Shaw, where I spent 3 years specializing in Alternative Investing within the Equities Strategy. Subsequently, I obtained my Master\'s in Data Science from UVA prior to joining Reorg.My core strength lies in problem-solving, building AI-driven products, building and scaling teams, strategizing, and executing AI initiatives that align with business goals. I excel at bridging the gap between technology and business, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and acting as a force multiplier to amplify data science/AI teams\' capabilities and collective success.I thrive in environments where ambition meets action, where complex problems serve as stepping stones to innovation.
