Along the way, we\'ve developed additional software tools for event and meeting planners, marketers and other professionals. Customers in more than 100 countries now use Cvent software to plan events, find venues, manage membership data, create mobile apps, send surveys and develop strategic meetings management programs.\\\\n\\\\nWith Cvent, I handle the APAC market for the below:\\\\n- Strategic partnerships, like TPP, Meeting Planners.\\\\n- Lanyon Passkey’s clients\\\\n\\\\nAs a member of Cvent’s award-winning Client Services team, my job is to support clients in optimizing their use of Cvent’s Supplier Network as well as Lanyon Passkey.\\\\n\\\\nIn my role:\\\\n- I offer best practice tips to planner and supplier clients, give personalized training to organizations, gather client requirements for product enhancements\\\\n-I assist clients in utilizing Cvent\'s platform in automating and streamlining the sourcing processes of meeting planners.\\\\n- I closely work with the hotel clients of Passkey to help them gain maximum probability from the partnership.\\\\n-I work closely with my team in the Sales department to bring in new business and renew the existing clients.\\\\n\\\\n
