Responsible for the accurate and timely addressing of all types of payments queries (Unable to apply, return of principle, compliance OFAC Etc.) Conduct manual verification and validation of f inancial transactions, ensuring compliance with SWIFT message formats like MT103, MT202, and MT202 Cover. Perform manual testing of internal payment applications and investigation tools to verify correct transaction routing, error handling, and reconciliation outcomes.
