I am a transformational Chief Human Resources Officer with over 25 years of global experience partnering with CEOs, boards, and leadership teams to build organizations where people, performance, and purpose reinforce one another.In this era of generative AI, complex socio-economic challenges, lingering impacts of the pandemic, declining trust in institutions, and increasingly anxiety-provoking national rhetoric, the role of a CHRO has never been more stimulating — or more consequential.As the leader responsible for shaping people strategy, I spend a great deal of time thinking about how these macro forces are showing up in the lives of employees: how they are adapting to constant change, managing the demands of work and life, and finding space for resilience and self-care. I am deeply curious about these experiences, and I believe the best solutions emerge when leaders listen generously and learn directly from employees.Throughout my career across Fortune 500 companies and private equity–backed enterprises, I have led people and culture strategies through moments that matter most — rapid growth, transformation, mergers, divestitures, and reinvention. My leadership foundation was shaped early by living and working in Asia, including extended assignments in Tokyo and Singapore, and helping establish engineering and manufacturing operations across China, India, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, and Malaysia. These experiences continue to inform how I build trust, inclusion, and community across cultures and complexity.Today, I find myself leaning more intentionally on colleagues, peers, friends, and employees — engaging in evocative conversations to design thoughtful, human-centered solutions that strengthen community while delivering exceptional performance in service of organizational mission.Beyond my operating role, I am an active ally of early childhood educators and HR professionals. I served on the board of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and currently on the board of the Northeast HR Association (NEHRA), where I lend both my personal conviction and business perspective.
