Engineered new features in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS/OAC), including redesigning workflows from synchronous to asynchronous models using message queues to significantly enhance performance.My experience also includes working with Oracle Database and MySQL, where I implemented efficient data storage and retrieval strategies. I have set up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to streamline the delivery of hotfix patches to customers. I’ve also handled P0/P1 escalation calls, providing real-time solutions and on-call support to resolve critical issues.Beyond core product development, I have built several internal tools to improve customer experience and facilitate faster debugging of recurring issues. These projects were developed using Python and ReactJS to enhance automation and user interaction.
