My research interests encompass pharmacology, biochemistry, enzymology, chemical and structural biology. In particular, enzyme kinetic and chemical mechanisms, the study of small molecule target engagement, mechanism of action, binding kinetics, biophysical/biochemical characterization, and residence time, in the hits to leads and leads optimization stages. I have significant experience in kinase and enzyme drug discovery, as well as targeted protein degradation. I enjoy applying multidisciplinary approaches to solve challenging drug discovery issues.
