Christian Isas serves as Director, Supply Chain Project Management for Spectrum responsible for managing programs related to Direct to Customer fulfillment, Supplier Quality, Demand / Supply Planning, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Distribution and Transportation. Christian manages and leads the PMO technology portfolio with successful strategy implementation. Prior to this role Christian was a Sr. Manager, Field Operations Process Engineering and was responsible for Technician processes, tools, standards, and compliance for Charter, improving and/or creating new processes for regional field operations stakeholders, exceeding expectations, and delivering high value to Charter’s Customers. Prior roles with Charter include Regional Project Manager for Florida covering Fulfillment, Engineering and Construction; Operational Readiness Manager responsible for creating from start-up, maintaining, and improving Agent OS troubleshooting flows; Internet Voice Call Center Manager responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations of a call center and providing associated strategic queue analysis.Christian came into Cable Industry on Long Island, NY where he spent 13 years with Cablevision and served in a variety of roles level such as customer service agent, lead, supervisor, and rotational positions such as ECAF lead and interim supervisor at various locations. Christian holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Hofstra University, Global Supply Chain Management from the Wharton school, SCTE Agile Leadership from Cornell University, a Certificate in Project Management (PMP), ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Project Management (ICP-PPM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
