For the last six years, I\'ve been a trusted leader at Tableau and a key player in its integration with Salesforce, accountable for the customer experience and the operational health of our cloud services.My role at Tableau began with a single focus on incident management, but it quickly expanded to include Site Reliability, Observability, Telemetry, and infrastructure deployment. I took on the critical responsibility of owning and managing the customer-facing Service Level Agreement (SLA). From a technical product perspective, I drove the roadmap that helped us achieve 99.9% availability, providing customers with the reliability they demand.As an organizational leader, I brought clarity and accountability to the entire cloud organization. I created and managed monthly VP-level service reviews, which provided a single source of truth for all teams.
