I am a content writer. No, scratch that. I craft vivid, memorable brand narratives that get people talking- Hello! I’m a public relations professional turned content writer who enjoys taking the simplest messages and turning them into special moments for audiences to get to know and love young brands.A not-so-usual path to the big, beautiful world of content, my journey began with a career in Public Relations. During my stints at two of India’s biggest PR agencies, I had the fortunate experience of handling communications and media relations for major F&B, pharmaceutical, textile, furniture, and social impact brands.While my work consisted heavily of media relations, a significant portion of my job also involved crafting relevant content for media, brand success stories, new business pitches, campaigns, and briefings for brand ambassadors. My favourite parts of the day were when it was just me and my laptop, hashing out content that would make these brands memorable.Over time, I felt pulled towards satiating these ‘writing pangs’, leading me to my current position which offered me the perfect mix of marketing strategy and content writing.
