About Adam Schroeder

I\'m a polyglot who manages the global Plotly community of more than members. I develop and implement initiatives that foster community growth, enhance engagement, and promote the adoption of Plotly’s open-source and enterprise software.I\'m also the founder and maintainer of Charming Data - a member community focused on Python data visualization, app development, and AI integration. Through collaborative projects, workshops, study groups, and virtual and in-person meetups, we’ve launched five innovative open-source solutions addressing real-world challenges.In my previous role, I served as a Vice President with over 10 years of experience in youth development, leading teams of 30+ staff. I specialized in relationship management, volunteer recruitment, community growth, and program management and design.
