Charmaine was President of Europe, Middle East and Africa for LORD Corporation and led the region to significant improved revenue and profit while integrating an aerospace acquisition. As Chief HR & Enterprise Systems Officer Charmaine created people strategies and succession planning throughout the organization and implemented a performance management system for global businesses and shared services.
