ABOUT CHARLYN CLEMENTS
Experienced leader with a background in association management, real estate, and banking. Proven success in management, sales, and negotiations. By being in the real estate and property management industries I saw an area of technology that was lacking in the processing of sales and lease applications; together with a few partners I created TransAPPtions, the fully electronic solution to the submission and processing of sales and lease applications. This technology is available to management companies as well as self-managed associations. In October 2021, Dylan Clements and myself decided to branch out further and create our own association management company, Capstone Association Management. At Capstone we will be growing a business of concierge level management services with unique offerings for associations of all sizes. Our focus is on serving communities, not just association communities, but our whole community. We are partnered with The Twig, a local organization that provides support to the foster care community through boutique store fronts. Once a month any child in foster care is able to go to one of their locations and \"shop\" for new and like new clothing in a shop that feels like any other boutique clothing store. Capstone will give support in the form of volunteered time, fundraising, and donation collection, as well as extending these opportunities to all of the owners within the communities that we manage.
