ABOUT CHARLY BAX

I support teams by helping them to understand their market and their customers. Thorough research and finding the \"so what\" behind the data, paired with design thinking skills help me to provide strategic insights. My strong interpersonal and presentation skills allow me to build relationships and communicate findings to executives and stakeholders, so we can put ideas into action! I am fascinated by emerging and disruptive technologies, particularly in the FinTech space, and international consumer behaviour. I am a hardworking professional with experience in business analysis, compliance, and marketing roles. I love a challenge and am continuously seeking out new learning opportunities, whether it be jumping into a consulting project in a foreign country or trying out a new sport! I am a graduate from the Bachelor of Commerce Honours program at Carleton University with a concentration in International Business and co-op designation. I was in the top 5% of my class in the Sprott School of Business, demonstrating attention to detail and dedication to my work. Finally, my love for travel and exploring has lead me to live and study in 3 countries so far, Canada, France, and the Netherlands. These experiences have opened me up to new perspectives, led me to develop friendships across oceans, and provided me with the ability to easily adapt to and thrive in new environments.
