The HR Business Partner role supports business growth and performance by embedding strong people practices, proactive coaching, and strategic collaboration across Thought Machine.Partnering closely with the CPO, CRO, CLO, and senior leaders within the Commercial and Legal divisions, the role balances day-to-day operations with long-term planning to ensure our people strategy aligns with business goals.Overview:• Partner with managers and senior leaders to strengthen team structure, performance, and engagement• Coach stakeholders across Commercial and Legal, leading on complex employee relations matters• Support international expansion, management of EOR, and oversee mobility and onboarding processes• Deliver strategic people initiatives and use data to drive continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle

I’m a People leader with experience across Recruitment, International Expansion, People Operations, and HR Business Partnering - giving me a holistic view of how to build scalable, high-performing, people-first organisations.At Thought Machine, I partner with senior leaders and executives across Commercial, CEO Office, and Legal to strengthen organisational performance, shape team structures, and navigate complex employee relations. My focus is aligning people strategy with business outcomes - from performance and organisational design to global mobility and workforce operations.I’ve supported the scaling of commercial teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, enabling expansion into new regions through Employer of Record solutions and international mobility frameworks.Before moving into business partnering, I led cross-functional initiatives as a Programme Manager to support global scale - launching new markets, implementing EOR partnerships, and streamlining people processes through automation and operational redesign.I began my career in international recruitment, which shaped my belief that hiring is only the starting point. Long-term success comes from building the culture, systems, and leadership capability that allows organisations and their people to thrive.I’m passionate about building high-performing teams and improving employee experience.
