Hi, I\'m Charlotte. I\'m a writer and tone of voice person. Say hello to consistent comms that nail your voice. I help ambitious brands unearth their authentic voices and tell compelling stories that grab customers\' attention and make them fall in love. Words = the way to brand ambassadors for life. I tend to work with organisations that want to do some good in the world, so have lots of experience writing for charities, purpose-driven businesses, and B Corps. I\'m here to help whether you need a tone of voice that goes beyond \"warm and friendly\" and truly captures your audience\'s attentions, or a spruce up of your brand\'s words.I’ve worked on websites, blogs, SEO content, ads, packaging, email, whitepapers, taglines, internal comms, social media posts, scripts, games… the list goes on. The only things I don’t write? Boring copy and pointless words that don’t mean anything to your customers. I’m collaborative, upfront, and outspoken (in a good way). You hire me for a reason and I wouldn’t be doing my job right if I didn\'t tell you the truth, so we can get the work done to the best standard possible. I particularly love writing about food and drink, neurodiversity, health, employee comms (HR), finance, and lifestyle.
