I joined Mint at inception, to create the Mint brand and service offerings. I am now responsible for the development of the practice across Scotland and implementation of our own strategy. I head up our client onboarding department and oversee all of the internal administration of our business. In addition to this I work with external businesses to develop partnerships and alliances that will be of benefit to our clients. I am not permanently based in any Mint office and work across the whole of the UK.
