ABOUT CHARLOTTE PHILLIPS
I\'m currently working at Neighbourly as a Senior Client Impact Manager. Neighbourly connects businesses with local good causes, to enable positive change through employee volunteering, product surplus donations, and financial donations. Prior to Neighbourly, I worked in technology recruitment for four years, managing a team and running our Women in Technology initiatives. This built on a background in hospitality.I\'m building an interest in public speaking- one of my first speeches can be checked out here https://vimeo.com/10••••••41.Outside of work you can catch me watching rugby (up the Bears), baking endless loaves of bread, buying books quicker than I can read them, and dancing salsa
