Charlotte is a Principal in Boston Consulting Group’s Aerospace & Defense practice with more than 6 years of experience advising executive leaders across the space, aviation, and maritime sectors. Her work spans the technology value chain - from manufacturers and operators to government agencies, investors, and commercial users - and centers on helping organizations tackle their most pressing strategic and operational challenges. She is especially passionate about space technologies and is part of the North America commercial leadership team for BCG’s space sector work.Before joining BCG, Charlotte was an engineer and member of the Mission Management team at SpaceX, where she led cargo integration for the first human-rated Dragon 2 mission and sat on console for numerous Falcon 9, Dragon, and Starlink launches. Her combined background in business strategy and engineering allows her to bridge technical and commercial perspectives to shape solutions that incorporate the best insights from both sides of the industry.Outside of client work, Charlotte is committed to broadening access to STEM and volunteers as a NASA Solar System Ambassador in the Seattle area, where she leads public outreach events that highlight the latest advancements in space science and technology. She is also an established thought leader on the space economy, frequently speaking at industry events and contributing to leading publications - including a recurring invited column for Forbes.Charlotte holds a bachelor\'s degree in mathematics from Wellesley College and a master\'s degree in engineering from Cornell University.
