ABOUT CHARLOTTE DENNIS
I am passionate about all things retail. My career has taken me in one clear direction, that is one of managing and leading International Brands in how they show up in retail environments. I have operated in senior positions across Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail training and Operations, Wholesale sales and Retail management for international brands. Leading large teams and driving strategy and operational excellence. Having acquired an MBA this also allows me to behave strategically, navigating market dynamics and company performance to steer retail brands into record breaking periods of growth. I understand many of the components of driving strong retail brands, I understand the detail but also the vision of driving long term strategic plans. Having managed P & Ls, budgets and significant wholesale businesses I have a strong view of success and market management. Culture and people are so important to who I am and why I love the brands I’ve been fortunate enough to work for. Developing and driving teams to be the best they can be and creating experiences that are memorable and market learning are integral to my successes. Along with obsessing the detail and getting the basics right.
