My career’s been shaped inside some of the most high-growth environments out there - Monzo, Amazon, TikTok Shop - across ops, strategy, and commercial. I’ve scaled marketplaces from scratch, negotiated multi-million-pound deals, and learned how great execution starts with great people.Now I lead People & Culture at Healf, one of the UK’s fastest-growing health and wellbeing startups (#2 in the UK 2025). We’re growing fast - and intentionally. Culture here isn’t a side note. It’s how we scale.
