Reporting directly to the Chief Performance Officer:• Responsible for analyzing performance measurements and making policy recommendations regarding department performance. • Assists in conducting performance studies to fiscal and management operations and researching similar governmental entities for informational and comparative purposes.• Develops strategies to address operational inefficiencies, creates cost savings and improves employee performance by analyzing organizational planning; operations; staffing requirements; and other performance measurements. • Establishes and maintains communication with departmental performance management liaisons, answers inquiries and informs contacts of changes in policy or practice.Change Management Lead:• Enabling increased employee adoption and productivity by managing the ‘people-side’ of the technology changes• Participate in the development of the communication plan for the two year, ERP Time and Attendance software and process implementation for employees at 100 locations.• Led the development and execution of multiple communication deliverables, including; introduction and go-live posters, payroll stuffers and fliers, training awareness and progress updates as well as a monthly project update Newsletters. • Incorporate change management methodology into the Building and Zoning technical software installation, enhancing the user adoption by increasing awareness and highlighting skill gaps.
