ABOUT CHARLOTTE DIBARTOLOMEO

Charlotte DiBartolomeo is the CEO and founder of Red Kite Project. Her resiliency-building firm consults and trains work communities in high-pressure industries to heal burnout and traumatic stress and raise the employee trust necessary for systems change. Charlotte earned a Master’s in Conflict Transformation with a specialty in Leadership and Management from the School for International Training. She holds a graduate certificate in Civil Society Initiatives in Peace Building. She studied post-war development in Sarajevo, Bosnia, and brought the post-war model back to the States when she founded Red Kite Project. Since founding Red Kite in 2008, her company has trained over employees and consulted with their leadership. Before Red Kite Project, Charlotte was a crisis interventionist, working with vulnerable populations, mediating youth gangs, conducting victim-offender conferencing, and facilitating dialogue with the public and private sectors. In addition to her work at Red Kite Project, she developed and taught the first course on the impacts and therapeutic interventions for psychological trauma, entitled, Trauma Informed Care for Drexel University.Specialties: Evidence-based practice in conflict management, interpersonal communication, transformational leadership, management, trauma-informed training/consulting, customer service, mediation, crisis de-escalation, and cross-teaming.
