Hello Me is an app that helps people get unstuck and move forward. Built on decades of clinically proven rules and brought to life through AI, it’s designed to guide people through conflict, stress, and decision-making. From the start, the team has treated safety as paramount, grounding every choice in human-centered design and clinical appropriateness. Being part of Hello Me allows me to contribute to a platform that could change how people experience support in moments of both clarity and struggle. My key functions in this role include- Design and administer safety testing protocols that stress-test the system against real-world challenges- Identify risks such as bias, role confusion, and high-risk crisis scenarios- Analyze system behavior to refine frameworks that make the platform more reliable, ethical, and clinically responsible- Identify gaps and areas for even greater sensitivity or safety- Create processes for testing efficiency and efficacyThese efforts extend beyond product testing, shaping how Hello Me builds trust with users, raising standards for accountability in AI-driven wellness, and contributing to the broader conversation about the safe integration of AI into mental health support. This role allows me to take what I’ve studied in psychology and technology and apply it to a real-world challenge with real stakes.
