I’m a Community Fundraising Manager and Mass Participation specialist with over 5 years’ experience supporting charities across the tech-for-good and not-for-profit sector. Currently leading large-scale events at Charity for Civil Servants, I design and deliver engaging supporter journeys that drive income, retention and long-term advocacy.Previously, I worked in Customer Success within fundraising tech, partnering with charities of all sizes – from local organisations to enterprise accounts – to maximise their digital fundraising performance.
