ABOUT CHARLOTTE STEPHENS
Hi! I\'m a Delivery Manager at Ably, working primarily with our Developer Experience team â we\'re the ones responsible for how developers discover, evaluate, and adopt Ably\'s realtime platform.I started at Ably in commercial roles (Business Development, then Strategic Accounts), moved into project management across company-wide initiatives, and then into delivery with the engineering team. That path means I tend to think about what we ship in terms of whether it actually matters to customers and the business, not just whether it got done on time.Day to day, I care about things landing, not just launching. I\'d much rather build a process that\'s 80% right and improve it than spend weeks making something perfect that nobody follows. If something\'s not working, I want to know why. I\'ll dig into the data, ask the awkward questions, and figure out what to change.More broadly, I\'m spending a lot of time thinking about how I and how we work as a company as AI changes everything. Not AI as a buzzword, but practically - how it changes the way teams plan, build, and ship, and what delivery even looks like when that\'s the foundation rather than an add-on.
