At the ford factory I hold a podiatry clinic treating the employees. I liaise with the in house physiotherapists in which we refer patients to one another which has expanded my Inter professional working experience. I have achieved a great deal at ford managing to solve many problems the staff presented with. I incorporate pressure relief into safety shoes for the treatment of painful foot conditions gaining very positive feedback. I give a lot of health education at the factory and when reviewing patients there is always improvement following this advice.

An enthusiastic podiatrist working in private practice.Owner at Charlotte Wood Podiatry. I have gained a great deal of experience over the years having worked in two very busy private practices in south manchester.I also run a podiatry clinic at the Ford motor factory in which I have successfully solved many bio mechanical issues resulting in a happier healthier workforce. As a podiatrist I build a good rapport with all my patients often going above my call of duty in ensuring treatment plans are put in place.I have excellent experience in working with the elderly having previously worked as a care manager whilst studying at university. At Christmas I volunteer my expertise working in a homeless shelter in manchester providing foot care and education to the service users. I also have a passion for raising awareness of the BRCA gene putting people at high risk of breast and ovarian cancer. I am involved with a few charities in doing so as well as writing my own blog and raising money through my latest venture Drain
