ABOUT CHARLOTTE WILLIAMS CMGR CERTRP

At PSR, I get to do what I love most: making social value real for people while juggling the complexity of delivering it at scale. I lead three interconnecting programmes of work:Social Value: I design, deliver, and measure our annual social value plan, managing multiple programmes that span social mobility, skills development, climate action, wellbeing and inclusion. It’s complex work, balancing long-term strategy, stakeholder expectations, and measurable outcomes, but the challenge is part of the reward. Seeing our initiatives open doors and create opportunities for people from all backgrounds makes it worth it.User Experience: I lead our User Experience programme and chair our User Experience Committee, driving user centred innovation across services that touch multiple audiences. From understanding diverse user needs to identifying broader themes and trends across the service, I focus on making complex processes feel simple, inclusive, and meaningful for the people engaging with them.Communications: I lead the PSR’s comms strategy, overseeing our brand, and website and translating multi-layered programmes into clear, engaging stories that resonate with different stakeholders. From internal teams to candidates, clients, and partners, I make sure our message is consistent, inspiring, and easy to act on.While the programmes I deliver are complex and multi faceted, the impact is simple: real opportunities, real change, real people benefiting.Outside of work, I’m a proud mum, love weekends away exploring the coast or countryside, and always appreciate time with family and friends, it’s what keeps me grounded and energised for the work I’m passionate about.
