Being a member of the BYU School of Music Stage Crew has been such a unique experience for me. It is inspiring to constantly be surrounded by talented musicians striving to share their passion for music with people around the world. As a crew member I have the opportunity to work along side performers and directors to create an ideal performance experience for them as well as for audience members through polished communication, organization, and time management skills. I work with a hardworking team who are striving to build unity among the team members as well as produce high quality services for the School of Music- Overseeing stage setup and cleanup with precision and timeliness, reducing show turnover by 25%- Troubleshooting technical and logistical challenges calmly and efficiently with diverse crew- Supporting 100+ live events for world-renowned performances, ensuring smooth transitions and patron experience
