HELLO my name is Charlotte Tu and I always love my work. I consistently seek work that is fulfilling and that brings me joy. As a result, I am a passionate and hard worker as my values and missions typically align with the goals of my position.My current mission in my role as After School Lead Coordinator of Irvine Chinese Immersion Academy is to create an after school program that is stimulating for students, ages 4 through 10. I also strive to create an enjoyable work environment for staff to encourage them to work at their best. My goal is to create a consistent and reliable program that incorporates enrichment and fun into learning after school.I am open to challenges, and will grow to fit any position should it demand as such.
