Bocca Di Lupo is London\'s Premier Regional Italian restaurant in the heart of Soho. As Personal Assistant to the Director and General Manager, my role is a pivotal part of the FOH & BOH teams; and has been a central role in the opening of the company’s newest venture, VICO- extensive personal scheduling, home/maintenance & travel arrangements.(including management of properties in Cape Town/ZA and Barcelona)- supplier invoice processing, credit card reconciliation, petty cash/float management - diary and inbox management, daily tasklists, drafting documents on Mr.Hugo’s behalf. Maintaining staff birthday calendar/friends & family calendar & annual Christmas gifting- representation of the company to external parties, meet & greet and maintaining relations - coordination of media requests and events & on-site contact for PR company - preparation and minute taking of all company board meetings - creating systems & company policy, HR system and all sourcing of stock items in new business – VICO.
