Hologenix, LLC is a materials science innovation company, whose flagship product CELLIANT is a textile-based infrared ingredient brand, licensed for use in performance activewear, luxury loungewear, mattress and top-of-bed products, hospitality and interiors, medical devices and more, with combined global sales of retail products of $1B+. As Marketing Director my primary goals are B2B lead generation and B2C brand awareness as we seek to bring the passive wellness benefits of infrared to more products and people. This consists of: •Setting annual strategic marketing plan, KPIs and budget for all channels, including: marketing campaigns, website, traditional public relations, thought leadership, media and publicity, trade shows, speaking events, podcasts, sales tools, trade advertising publications, SEO, paid and organic social, blog, CRM, and more. •Managing a decentralized team consisting of Art Director, Content Marketing Manager, Copywriter, Events Marketing Manager and Motionographer; facilitating key hires and sourcing additional freelance support as needed. •Managing a team of agency partners consisting of PR firm, thought leadership agency, SEO agency, Salesforce/Pardot/Wordpress agency, and Japanese marketing transcreation firm. •Supporting the business development team by facilitating lead-generation campaigns, marketing materials, pitch decks, and selling tools to nurture prospects through the sales funnel. •Partnering to develop and approve all co-branded partner marketing materials for regulatory, copy and creative compliance. •Providing quarterly updates and annual strategic planning to the Board of Directors.
