I am CPL, an LGBTQIA+ advocate, keynote speaker, and I’m hugely passionate about inclusivity. My advocacy is deeply personal, shaped by my experiences as a queer, non-binary individual with coeliac disease, severe hearing loss, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), and GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder). These intersecting identities have provided me with a unique perspective on navigating the world and have fueled my commitment to creating more inclusive environments for all.9-5 I work as a senior operations analyst for Seccl,where I specialise in Dividends and Corporate actions. My past employments have seen me take part in system migrations, building new systems, and being a SME. Ive also worked in many customer facing roles as a senior member of staff. Coaching, training and auditing have also been part of my repertoire
