About Charlotte Pendleton
As a serious athlete and collegiate scholarship gymnast, I started studying ways to improve as an athlete and competitor at a very young age. This intense curiosity of how to up my game has always been a driving force in my life and led me to pursuing the studies and training of all things mind/body and spirit. As life got complicated raising two boys as a single Mom coupled with the corporate grind, I felt myself battling with anxiety, insomnia, chronic fatigue and binge drinking. In 2021, I left the corporate world to teach all of the things I love and believe having a full box of mind/body tools to choose from to stay elevated and balanced during these chaotic times. In October of 2021, I became a Flexologist at StretchLab in Stamford, CT where I do \"assisted stretching\"on people from all walks of life. I am a Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Breath-work trained teacher. In June of 2022, I competed the Wim Hof Instructor Academy Master Module in Poland and am now a certified level 1 Wim Hof Instructor. I will be leading Wim Hof Method private sessions, classes and workshops in 2023. As Co-Founder and Director of \"The Sober Adventure\" along with Mary Steuart, we have led three private FB groups throughs 40 days alcohol free in 2021 and 2023.
