As an Intern Talent Acquisition at Enpal.pro, I contribute to the hiring and retention of top talent for the leading solar energy company in Germany. I support the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, and collaborate with the HR team and the hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. I also assist with the onboarding and training of new hires, and help with the development and implementation of employer branding strategies.I am a motivated and ambitious student at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration and Management. I have a strong interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability, and I seek to apply my skills and knowledge to create positive social and environmental impact.
