DC Consultant in Mercer’s Wealth business. I currently advise a number of companies and trustee boards on their DC schemes, ranging from £10m to £500m in assets. Recent projects have included implementing engagement programmes, seeking better solutions for expensive legacy schemes, and scheme wind ups. I am a specialist in pension providers as well as a member of the Mercer Professional Trustee relationship group. I am a people manager which helps to ensure we get the best for (and therefore from) our people. I have previously acted as Secretary to the Trustees of the Mercer Master Trust and the Consulting Team Leader for the Edinburgh office.

I am a Director in Mercer\'s DC Consulting team, with experience advising companies and trustees on a wide range of issues. My current interests include increasing member engagement, genuinely improving value in DC schemes, and simplifying scheme wind up.As well as advising my clients, I am a specialist in pension providers. I am also the DC representative on Mercer\'s Professional Trustee relationship group.More widely, I am a People Manager; I have a passion for ensuring we do the best for (and therefore we get the best from) our people.I am a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and a representative on its Advisory Council. Outside of work I’ll be found channelling my inner chef (with varying degrees of success) or exploring the world with my young son.
