Portfolio highlights include: Lead for TD\'s Future of Work agenda – including: • The strategy and change effort to introduce formal Hybrid work models and deliver flexibility in where and how work gets done for TD\'s North American corporate colleagues • Design and build of a Strategic Workforce Planning capability to predict and plan for today and tomorrow\'s workforce skills and advances business outcomes • TD\'s Future Capabilities, identifying and growing critical capabilities to deliver on strategic ambitions through our tools, processes and talent practices Leadership of TD\'s best-in-class Organization Effectiveness and Org Design Advisory team, guiding C-suite leaders on enabling business strategy and growth through job architecture and structure. Recent projects include a Target Operating Model vision, Workforce Organization Health reporting, Scaled Agile organization design to support TD\'s largest ever technology delivery transformation and the ongoing evolution of skills in the workforce. HR and People Strategy and thought leadership for TD\'s SEVP & Chief Human Resources Officer in support of TD\'s Senior Executive Team and Board of Directors.
