ABOUT CHARLOTTE MACKULIN

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and have worked in the field of Claimant personal injury for 19 years, I am a Partner and Team manager in the firm’s Catastrophic injury team. Prior to joining Fletchers in March 2019, I worked for 11 years for Thompsons Solicitors in both their Central London and Manchester offices including 6 years in their catastrophic injury team. I have responsibility for leading a caseload of the highest value and some of the most complex in the firm including; amputation, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, brachial plexus injuries, chronic pain, complex poly trauma and fatal accident claims. Throughout my career I have managed complex liability litigation disputes and have vast experience across a number of settings ranging from all aspects of EL work, OLA/PL and, RTA, many of the former involving multiple defendants and some group litigation. I have built a reputation as a tough negotiator who is fiercely committed to the Claimant cause. I have a down to earth approach, which I attribute to growing up in an inner city council estate and a commitment to client care, maximising the Claimant’s rehabilitation potential as well as a steadfast dedication to seeking justice for my clients.
