Education Engagement Coordinator | Driving Student Employability at IOSH At IOSH, the world’s largest Chartered body for occupational health, safety, and wellbeing professionals, I lead initiatives to enhance the success of our early-careerists: ‍ Engagement: Meeting with and presenting to key stakeholders, including students, learners, graduates, educators, and professionals Data insights: Leveraging labour market intelligence to refine and enhance our Student Membership offer 🤝 Collaboration: Acting as a key liaison between internal teams, Volunteers, members, and external organisations Developing strategic tools: Creating dashboards and reports using Power BI to track progress, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement What I love: solving problems with data-backed solutions; keeping up with trends in HE and FE; exploring new AI tools and innovative data analysis methods; active listening, empathy, and mediation. Pet peeves: poorly written job adverts; silo working and duplication; the phrase ‘we’ve always done it that way’.
