6 years of experience in project and programme management, including organisational change and technical product delivery to external and internal customers. I have worked in Agile, fast-paced environments across the tech industry. I currently work as a senior delivery lead for an automotive digital marketplace where I manage the full delivery lifecycle of products and collaborate with product, technical and operations colleagues to ensure an effective rollout into use. As a delivery lead I ensure all key stakeholders are involved at the right level, including leadership, and drive the delivery of work forward by problem solving and removing any blockers that may impact the time or quality of delivery.I have mentored graduates at Naimuri and Autotrader, as well as other colleagues who have wanted to improve their facilitation and project management skills.I am passionate about making the workplace (and world!) equally accessible to everyone. I set up and lead a network for disability, health conditions and carers at QinetiQ and I’m a facilitator for Autotrader’s Accessibility Working Group. The certifications I\'ve obtained include APM PMQ, Prince2, Professional Scrum Master and BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis.
