Plan and purchase parts for maintenance activities.Create job plans to ensure that correct parts,tools and safety are a part of every job. Worked two years on the floor as a wet end mechanic.Implemented lean manufacturing practices in my everday routine and took over the Starch System. With little money and minor changes I was able todouble the amount of starch pounds produced and double the profit.
