About Charlotte Hsiao
I am a Freshman at S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, studying Public Relations, with a strong interest in strategic communication and brand storytelling. I am involved in Hill Communications, where I gain hands-on PR experience working with a local Syracuse business. In this role, I create social media content and conduct social media audits to help strengthen digital presence and audience engagement. I also work as a lifeguard for the City of Syracuse Department of Parks, Recreation & Youth Programs, where I am certified in CPR and lifesaving. This position has strengthened my leadership and communication skills while working with a diverse community in a fast-paced environment. I am eager to continue developing my skills and pursuing opportunities in public relations!
