ABOUT CHARLOTTE HORSFALL

First-Class Honours graduate in Business Management with Marketing, with 5 years of customer-service experience across hospitality, events and retail. Currently part of the management team at White Stuff York, where I am responsible for staff engagement and development, and ensuring store KPIs are met. Also responsible for implementing VM strategy, continuously analysing commercial reports to assess and evaluate VM decisions, making changes and recommendations based on findings to hit and exceed sales targets.Blend of creative and technical skills, including social media content creation and data analysis, utilising a range of software. Strong research and presentation capabilities developed during the course of my degree. Confident and articulate communicator, both written and verbal. Hard-working, motivated and a very fast learner.
