I help clients develop and invest in electricity systems by providing strategic and innovative guidance that balances technical, commercial, and regulatory needs.My experience spans 20+ years in the energy sector, including leading a number of world first innovation projects, advising on electricity network planning and operation for a net zero future and assessing investment risks. Some of my work includes Hydrogen Production from Electricity Constraints, conceptual offshore transmission planning and advising on OFTO and electricity network transactions.I was recently named one of the Top 50 Women in Engineering 2024 by the Women’s Engineering Society, recognising my work to date and ability to bring global expertise to my work through my involvement with CIGRE.In the CIGRE C1 study committee, I lead collaborative efforts to advance research and best practices in power system development and economics, contributing to global expertise in the energy sector.As a New Zealander, who grew up in the outdoors, I do not take nature for granted. Whatever energy I have left, I happily spend mountain biking and hiking with my daughter!
